Kleenit Facility Management LLC is a Texas limited liability company doing business as Kleen-It Maid House Cleaning Fort Worth (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
We provide professional residential and commercial cleaning services to customers in Fort Worth and the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
2. Services
We offer professional cleaning services including, but not limited to:
- Recurring residential cleaning
- Deep cleaning
- Move-in / move-out cleaning
- Post-construction cleaning
Services are provided based on customer-selected options and availability.
3. SMS & COMMUNICATION TERMS
By checking the appropriate consent box on our website or forms, you agree to receive text messages from Kleen-It Maid House Cleaning Fort Worth.
Types of messages you may receive:
- Responses to inquiries
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Service-related updates
- Customer support communication
- Occasional service-related notifications (if marketing consent is given)

4. OPT-OUT & HELP
You may cancel SMS communications at any time by texting STOP to our business phone number.

5. PAYMENT TERMS
Payment is collected after services are completed unless otherwise agreed upon. We do not charge enrollment or startup fees. Payment methods and billing preferences are discussed during scheduling.
6. CHANGES TO TERMS
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Updates will be posted on this page.
7. Client Responsibility & Liability Policy
Valuables & Personal Items
For the safety of both our clients and cleaning team, clients are responsible for securing all valuables prior to service. This includes but is not limited to:
- Jewelry
- Cash
- Watches
- Electronics
- Prescription medications
- Important documents
- Collectibles or heirlooms
Kleen-It Maids and its contractors are not liable for missing, misplaced, or damaged valuables that were not secured or disclosed before cleaning.
Handling of Personal Belongings
Our cleaners are instructed not to handle or organize personal valuables. If such items obstruct cleaning areas, they may be left untouched to avoid risk of damage or misplacement.
Breakage & Damage Policy
While our team takes the utmost care in every home, accidental damage may occasionally occur.
If breakage or damage happens:
- It must be reported within 24 hours of service completion
- Photo evidence may be required
- Items of extreme value must be disclosed before service
Undisclosed fragile or high-value items are cleaned around at our discretion.
Cluttered / High-Risk Environments
Homes with excessive clutter, hoarding conditions, or unstable item placement increase the risk of accidental damage. Kleen-It Maids is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions or improper item storage.
Gifts & Item Removal
Cleaners are not permitted to remove items from client homes unless explicitly authorized and documented. Any gifted or discarded items must be confirmed with management to prevent misunderstandings.
Security Cameras
Clients may use security cameras; however, they must be disclosed if recording audio, in compliance with state laws.
Theft & Loss Allegations
Kleen-It Maids takes allegations of theft seriously. In the event of a claim:
- An internal review will be conducted
- Cleaner statements will be collected
- Clients are encouraged to file a police report if necessary
We fully cooperate with law enforcement investigations. Claims made without evidence may be subject to dispute.
By booking service with Kleen-It Maids, the client agrees to the terms outlined above and accepts responsibility for securing valuables prior to cleaning.
8. Scheduling & Rescheduling Policy
Kleen-It Maids operates on a tight service schedule to accommodate all clients efficiently.
- Clients may reschedule appointments with at least 24–48 hours’ notice.
- Reschedules requested within less than 24 hours may incur a $50 rescheduling fee.
- Repeated rescheduling may require a deposit to secure future appointments.
- Same-day rescheduling or lockout situations may be treated as a cancellation.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee.
- Deposits (if collected) are non-refundable for late cancellations or no-shows.
- Emergency situations will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of cleaning services being labor-based and time-based:
- We do not offer monetary refunds once cleaning services have been completed.
- Instead, we offer re-cleans to address any service concerns.
- Partial refunds may be considered only in rare, documented service failures at management discretion.
Re-Clean / Satisfaction Guarantee Policy
Client satisfaction is important to us.
- Concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service completion.
- Photos may be requested to assess the issue.
- A re-clean will be scheduled to address missed areas.
- Re-cleans focus on specific concerns — not a full repeat cleaning.
- Re-cleans requested beyond 24 hours may incur additional charges.
Service Time & Condition Adjustments
Cleaning time and pricing are based on the condition of the home at arrival.
If the home requires:
- Excessive clutter removal
- Heavy buildup
- Biohazards
- Pest contamination
- Additional rooms not listed
We may:
- Adjust pricing
- Add cleaning time
- Recommend deep cleaning
- Decline service if unsafe
All adjustments are communicated before proceeding.
Access & Lockout Policy
Clients must provide access at the scheduled time.
If our team cannot enter due to:
- No key / code
- Alarm not disarmed
- Pets not secured
A lockout fee may apply, as the time slot was reserved.
Pets & Safety
Pets must be secured for the safety of both pets and cleaners.
We are not responsible for:
- Escaped pets
- Injuries caused by unsecured animals
Supplies & Equipment
We provide all professional cleaning supplies and equipment unless otherwise requested.
If clients request the use of their products:
- We are not liable for damage caused by provided products.
Photography & Documentation
For quality control and protection, our team may take before-and-after photos of cleaning areas. These are used internally unless permission is granted for marketing.
By booking service with Kleen-It Maids, the client agrees to the policies outlined above.
